Rich Maiore, president of Rocket Social Influence, said, “Rocket Social Impact believes it’s vital to honour the corporate social responsibility field and the impact their inspirational work has on firms, their workers, and the communities surrounding them.” “These winners’ contributions show what is really possible when business and social consciousness are combined to make a difference,” the statement reads.
This year’s list of awards includes a brand-new honour: the Corporate Social Impact Team of the Year Award. This prize honors a group of CSR and/or Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) experts who, through their innovative collaboration, produced significant business outcomes for their organization and/or social impact in the neighbourhood.
A senior executive who demonstrates leadership that enhances social and economic impact around the globe is honored with the Champion for Change Award. A senior practitioner who has demonstrated significant corporate and societal impacts via leadership, strategy, and collaborations is given the Trailblazer Award.
The Rising Star Award is granted to an up-and-coming corporate citizenship professional whose work has a significant impact both inside and outside the organization, frequently needing influence much above that of their position.
Separate jury panels made up of previous Purpose Award winners and current CSR industry professionals selected this year’s Purpose Award winners.
