CBRE Releases 16th Annual Corporate Responsibility Report

CBRE – CBRE’s 2022 Corporate Responsibility Report outlines how the company is working to accelerate progress towards a low-carbon future, offer opportunities for all people to prosper, and lead with integrity to build trust.

Among the notable 2022 achievements are:

More than 8,300 buildings have been registered for energy performance for clients worldwide.

More than $2.5 billion in green financing bonds/notes have been issued (CBRE Investment Management).

Approximately $5 billion was spent with sustainable suppliers, while approximately $3 billion was spent with small and diverse suppliers.

CBRE staff have spent over one million hours learning.

Scored in the 90th percentile on the Corporate Political Disclosure and Accountability Index
