Central PSU HLL launched menstrual cups

Central PSU HLL – HLL Lifecare Limited, a local central PSU, has introduced three types of menstrual cups for women in India and other countries. At a ceremony conducted at HLL’s Corporate R&D Center here on Friday, Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar, introduced the brands “Thinkal,” “Velvet,” and “Cool Cup.”

A central public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is HLL Lifecare Limited. The Minister declared the Menstrual Cup to be a significant advancement in the management of menstrual hygiene once the goods were introduced.

She mentioned that it is user-friendly and environmentally friendly, and she added that HLL MCup is anticipated to stand out as a leader in this market. “HLL has committed to high quality and service standards in every industry it participates in, whether it is contraceptives, blood bags, pharmaceuticals, or the healthcare service segments. It is highly praiseworthy and commendable that HLL is motivated by a strong mission to aid the middle- and lower-class parts of the nation, she continued.

An official statement stated that THINKAL is the CSR brand of menstrual cups, VELVET is the local brand, and COOL CUP is prepared to be offered in the Middle East, Latin America, Asia, and Africa foreign markets. Menstrual Cups are reusable, environmentally friendly devices that can be inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual fluid. They are made of medical-grade silicone. As a safe option for menstruation, HLL offers high-quality, reasonably priced menstrual cups. The primary specialty of M Cup of HLL is reusable for a minimum of five years and a maximum of ten years.
