These coworkers with military ties are given opportunities for ongoing professional growth as well as a number of special benefits, such as a Veteran-focused Employee Resource Group, a Military Concierge service, Guard and Reserve Leave, Differential Pay, an Active Duty Health Benefits Plan, and Military Spouse Transfer Assistance.
According to Sean Casey, Senior Director of Communications for Military and Veteran Affairs, “We value the considerable leadership experience and distinctive skillset that our military-trained teammates bring to the organisation.” “For this reason, we constantly consider the military talent market to be the best source for locating qualified job prospects.”
