3/BL Media/ CINCINNATI, MAY 19, 2022 – Fifth Third Bank, National Association is committed to providing quick access to its customers’ funds, regardless of how they are paid. The Bank said today that it has expanded its Early Pay®1 service to cover revenue from gig labour, as well as various government and retirement benefits, allowing customers to get their paychecks up to two days early. 
 
“We want to make sure that all of our customers, regardless of where they work, have quick access to their liquidity,” said Tim Spence, president of Fifth Third Bank. “Whether you submit a 1099, a W2, or are retired, you should have the same banking services.” This is the latest in a long line of products by Fifth Third.

Customers who have a Fifth Third Momentum® Checking account will get their paycheck up to two days earlier (after one direct deposit). Hundreds of thousands of users have received their pay up to two days early since the start of Early Pay in 2021. Fifth Third is always assessing and upgrading its Momentum Banking package so that its clients may live better and bank more easily. 
 
This expansion is just another method for Fifth Third Momentum Banking customers to get faster access to their money and solve liquidity problems. Fifth Third also offers Immediate Funds and MyAdvanceTM2 for speedier check deposit access.
