Qurate Retail Group named as Best-In-State Employer

For the second consecutive year, Qurate Retail GroupSM, which has its global headquarters in West Chester in Pennsylvania, has been named one of America’s Best Employers by State on Forbes’ list. Qurate Retail Group has been a significant contributor to the economy of Pennsylvania for many years and employs thousands of team members there.

The coveted award is given out by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leader in the statistics sector and producer of industry rankings, and it recognizes firms based on factors like working conditions, opportunity for pay rise, and diversity.

For the second year in a row, Qurate Retail Group’s Renato Volpe, VP of Talent Acquisition, Rewards, & People Operations, remarked, “Earning a spot on Forbes‘ Best-in-State Employers list is a huge honour.”

The 2022 America’s Best-in-State Employers list by Forbes was developed using data from an independent poll of a sizable sample of about 70,000 Americans employed by U.S. businesses with more than 500 employees in 25 different industry sectors. The 1,380 employer brands that made up the top employers’ final list are ranked. Employees were asked to rate their desire to suggest their own employers to friends and family, and the rating was based on both direct and indirect recommendations. Additionally, workers were asked to assess other companies in their specialised field and to identify any that stood out favourably or unfavourably.
