Franklin Templeton Celebrates UK Black History Month

The Black Heritage Network at Western Assets and the Ethnicity and Black Empowerment Network (BEN) business resource groups at Franklin Templeton jointly conducted a webinar on October 18 with John Amaechi, an organizational psychologist and the creator of APS Intelligence who is headquartered in the UK.

In the UK, October is Black History Month, a month-long celebration of the history, contributions, and accomplishments of Black people in the nation.

With the assistance of numerous important BRG and D&I leaders, including Madeline Collymore, Supervisor, EMEA Business Strategy Administration and Co-Lead of Ethnicity BRG; Nancy Rowe, D&I Director EMEA; and Pamela Adams, Client Service Associate, the event was hosted by Dorine Johnson, VP, Head of Corporate Communications EMEA and Co-Lead of Ethnicity; Martyn Gilbey, UK Country Head; and Karen Lewis.
