Granite is one of Newsweek’s America’s Most Responsible Companies
Newsweek has named Granite as one of America’s Most Responsible Companies for 2023. Newsweek and Statista Inc., the top statistics portal and source of industry rankings, jointly present this significant honour. The winners were revealed on December 7th, 2022.
Out of 500 firms recognized as America’s Most Responsible Companies, Granite came in at number 55 overall and second in its sector. The first round of study concentrated on the top 2000 publicly traded corporations by revenue as well as banks and insurance firms with assets totaling more than $50 billion. Key performance indicators (KPIs) from sustainability reports, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) reports, and an independent poll were used to make the selection. The independent poll surveyed American citizens about their perceptions of Granite’s activities connected to corporate social responsibility, while the KPIs concentrated on firm performance in the environmental, social, and corporate governance domains.
