America’s Most Responsible Companies were chosen using a combination of an independent poll, publicly available key performance metrics drawn from CSR Reports, Sustainability Reports, and other reports. The independent study queried American citizens about their perceptions of business activities linked to corporate social responsibility, while the KPIs concentrated on company performance in the environmental, social, and corporate governance domains. The top 500 ethical businesses in the US across 14 categories are honored on the final list.
