Scallog accelerates expansion in Germany
Scallog has entered into an agreement with Xproma, a well-known expert in robotics and intralogistics for optimization and logistics performance. Scallog claims that the transaction will help it establish a presence in Germany, which accounts for a quarter of the European logistics market.
Scallog says it wants to become “the reference player in robots and mobile shelves for the automation of order picking” in Europe’s warehouse-heavy region.
As a result, Scallog claims that its partnership with integrator Xproma is primarily for the purpose of marketing its “goods to person” solutions. An agreement in line with Scallog’s strategy to expand its partner network in North-West Europe and generate more than half of its revenue from exports by 2023.
With strong local roots, Xproma is “the ideal partner” for Scallog in Germany, thanks to its proven robotics expertise and well-known customer support.
With a “true mastery of industrial equipment,” an excellent software team, and a strong management of maintenance and support on large-scale projects, Xproma brings a complete expertise to the entire German territory.

“This partnership is ideally aligned with our European expansion strategy, where Germany is essential, both in terms of its logistics leadership, industrial culture, mature robotics market, and highly competitiveness,” says Remi Badaroux, Scallog’s partners network manager.
Faced with omnicality challenges, the rise of e-commerce, and German companies’ CSR requirements, Scallog’s goods to person solutions fully meet the demands for increasing productivity in order picking as well as reducing hardship in warehouses.
Scallog also has an experienced R&D team and a highly responsive production unit based in the Paris area.
“We were looking for the most flexible solution possible to facilitate picking,” says Nele Logemann, executive vice president of Xproma.
