GoIT, TCS North America’s defining programme for community participation, was introduced in 2009.
The program’s objective is to boost middle school students in impoverished communities’ interest in STEM and computer science.
goIT accomplishes this through the creation of mobile applications and volunteer guidance from TCS staff members. By adopting a student-driven study of community-centered issues, the programme is free and available for schools, non-profits, and other youth-serving institutions to enable kids participate actively in computational thinking.
